Evidence-Based TreatmentHow We Treat. Not Just Where.
Our comprehensive clinical approach combines evidence-based therapies with holistic modalities, creating a personalized treatment plan that addresses the whole person.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT)
Evidence-based approach to identify and change negative thought patterns driving addictive behaviors. CBT helps clients recognize triggers, develop healthier responses, and build lasting coping mechanisms. Our licensed therapists tailor CBT techniques to each individual's substance use history and recovery goals.
Trauma-Informed Care(CPT)
Specialized treatment addressing underlying trauma that often fuels substance use disorders. Our clinicians use evidence-based modalities including EMDR and CPT to process traumatic experiences safely. This approach recognizes the deep connection between unresolved trauma and addiction, treating the whole person rather than symptoms alone.
Group Therapy
Six hours of daily clinical groups building connection, accountability, and shared recovery. Facilitated by licensed counselors, group sessions cover topics like relapse prevention, communication skills, and emotional awareness. Clients gain strength from realizing they are not alone in their struggles.
Individual Therapy
Two weekly one-on-one sessions with licensed clinicians tailored to your specific needs. Individual therapy provides a confidential space to explore personal challenges, process emotions, and develop a personalized recovery plan. Sessions address the unique factors contributing to each client's addiction.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT)
A specialized form of CBT that combines cognitive techniques with mindfulness and distress tolerance skills. DBT is especially effective for individuals with intense emotional responses, self-destructive behaviors, and difficulty regulating emotions during withdrawal. Our clinicians teach the four core DBT skills — mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness — adapted for the detox setting.
Dual Diagnosis
Integrated treatment for co-occurring mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Our clinical team addresses both substance use and mental health simultaneously, recognizing that treating one without the other leads to incomplete recovery. Psychiatric evaluation and medication management are available on-site.
Relapse Prevention
Practical coping strategies and trigger identification for sustainable long-term recovery. Our relapse prevention program equips clients with concrete tools to navigate high-risk situations after leaving treatment. Clients develop personalized relapse prevention plans that include support networks, warning sign recognition, and emergency action steps.
